MOBr allows groups of individuals to quickly network and create largescale social events.

The central concept behind MOBr is to provide people with a cross-platform application that enables individuals to quickly and easily find, organise, and participate in flashmob events. By facilitating a system that enables individual users to combine and create movements to collectively take over public spaces, a new level of social interaction and public communication, can occur. Registration to the site requires membership to create and share flashmobs, and by doing so users can gain access to secret and promotional mobs that are not visible to unregistered users.

1. The MOBr splash/loading screen. During loading the four coloured blocks - each consisting of a 5 x 5 grid of 25 smaller cubes - fill to represent the 100% loading time of the application. These blocks can also be used within the application, to illustrate the levels to which flashmobs are occurring, and their intensity in an area.
2. Creating a new mob is as easy as selecting the type of mob you want, giving it a name and description, and then selecting the time, duration and location for it to occur.
3. By scrolling around the map during free search, users can locate mobs that are occurring in the forthcoming days. They can then select them to find out a deeper level of information, and read and contribute to an individual events message board.
4, 5, 6. Users are able to search for active mobs using both text and visual systems. Whether they want to look for events based on their type, location, time-scale, or a combination of filters, users can easily find or start mobs that interest them.
5. Using a MobTracker feature, users can locate events using their gps-location, and gain a real-time update of how events develop.
7. Registered users can create profiles of their mobs, and gain access to information about the number of attendees. In addition, message boards and an attachments folder enable people to display more information about the event, and interact with other attendees.
